Ideological and Political Work of College Trade Unions in an Online Environment

Abstract

The network, whose rapid development today has had a huge impact on the ideological and political work in colleges, has become an important environment where everyone on campus studies, works and lives. Therefore, more importance should be attached to the perfection and innovation of college trade unions’ services and their management in an online environment so as to promote deeper OMO, improve the overall service quality of the unions, give full play to its role as the intermediary, safeguard rights and interests of faculty and staff, mobilize their intrinsic motivations and boost cohesion of the unions. Based on the above reasons, it is practically significant that in this paper, the ideological and political work of trade unions in colleges is explored in an online environment.
