Discussion on Performance Audit Evaluation System of Environmental Protection Special Fund based on AHP

Abstract

"Ecological prosperity is the prosperity of civilization, ecological decline is the decline of civilization". The ecological environment is a major political issue, as well as a major social issue related to people's livelihood. In recent years, the state and various regions have invested a lot of special funds for ecological management. In this paper, based on the combing relevant literature, we try to construct an evaluation index system for the performance audit of special funds for environmental protection based on the main line of "Fund Input → Process Management → Project Output → Comprehensive Benefit", in order to provide some theoretical reference and empirical evidence for promoting the performance audit of special funds for environmental protection.
