Abstract

At present, with the deepening of the reform of the national medical system, the government, enterprises, and the capital market are paying great attention to how to reform and develop the enterprise hospitals. The Third Affiliated Hospital and the Seventh Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Science and Technology, the renovation project combining medical care and nursing, attracted much social attention as soon as it was launched. The library of Henan University of Science and Technology(Luoyang Science and Technology Library), jointly built by the university and local government, based on the original concept of "people-oriented" service, has made some substantive service contributions to the transformation project of the combined hospitals of its affiliated hospitals, and indirectly supported the local social construction. Recalling the process of cross-industry service "the combination of medical care and nursing" industry innovation, summing up the experience in order to analyze the importance of "medical combination" industry innovation for the development of library system, and rich system development experience, thus, it promotes the sustainable and high-quality development of the school-owned library system.
